Minecraft hosting: 24-hour refund window
A new customer's first Minecraft hosting order qualifies for a refund requested within 24 hours after the server is created in our system. The clock starts at server creation, which may occur after payment.
Request a refund
Email smphosting@yahoo.com within that window, using your account email and order reference. Identify the service and request a refund explicitly. Cancellation alone is not a refund request.
Other payments
Other services and billing errors are reviewed individually. The first-order guarantee does not cover later orders or renewals.
Refund method
Refunds return through the original payment gateway. Cryptocurrency payments can only be refunded through PayPal.
Current demo
This local preview does not charge real payments. These refund terms apply when paid hosting launches. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
